If you are already building or plan to build as an owner builder we can provide independent reports to assist with tracking your project's progress. These reports are prepared for either your internal requirements or can be tailored to provide to third parties (e.g. Lenders).

Mechanical Services Inspection (Residential & Commercial)
Our mechanical services specialist can carry out inspection of Mechanical services and report on any issues regarding Mechanical Services, namely, commercial kitchen exhaust, ventilation/ fresh air systems, and Air-conditioning Systems.
Strata Building Bond Inspections Scheme SBBIS
The SBBIS commenced on 1 January 2018. It applies to building work for building contracts entered into from 1 January 2018. If there is no contract, it applies to
building work commenced from this date.
We carry out inspections for strata plans across NSW.
The process includes inspections and reports in accordance with Part 11 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 and providing the interim and final report to the secretary of the SBBIS. We keep all stakeholders updated throughout the process, liaise with Strata managers, the owner's committee and attend meetings when required.
Defect / Disputes
We recommend an expert report for any building disputes or defects. If it is in relation to matter that is going to be or is already in litigation, we can provide expert witness reports to provide to court.
